Lenspeace is a queer-owned, independent design studio and consulting practice that fosters lasting social change. My practice in design and strategic development is focused on inclusivity and innovation, and as a result our policies for engagement are not cookie cutter from the status quo.

Please be willing to question your existing practice and lean into growth. Your secrets are safe with me.
We will not sell, abuse, or share your info to anyone for any reason. All private account info is secure and encrypted. We don't mess with cookies, or manipulating your data. - I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information

Pay what you can.
Lenspeace functions on a sliding scale model. Every area of engagement has a predetermined market value assigned, but I don’t want that to stand in the way of people getting value from this work. - The rainbow payment link will be listed on any page that has something for sale. Upon entering the value of the product in the field you will receive a notification giving you access to what you have purchased within 24 hours for digital products, or a notification of when your physical product will ship.

We ship product orders from the website on a weekly basis. You will receive a notification of your physical when your order ships.
Estimated shipping times
- North America: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 10-15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-15 business days
- Asia Pacific: 10-15 business days
**I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
