- All letterpress products and impact services from lenspeace are on a pay-what-you-can sliding scale to support a range of socio-economic statuses.
- We do not offer refunds.
- Custom letterpress fees are separate from all other studio fees and are listed below.

Estimated shipping times
- North America: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 10-15 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-15 business days
- Asia Pacific: 10-15 business days

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
- Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
